Growth Performance of Black Pepper Using Multiple Rootstocks of Piper oficinarum

An on going trial is conducted at 8PS AGRI FARM using single, double and tripple rootstocks of 'buyo-buyo' as rootstock of black pepper. A four-month grafts of the said rootstocks shows no difference on plant hight mesauring about 1 meter. The response of the grafts against Phytophthora and nematode are under evaluation.
